1. Submit Photos: Provide 1-3 clear, high-quality photos of your pet. These images will serve as references for the embroidery. If you need assistance in selecting or taking the best photos, I can guide you to ensure the best possible result.

2. Discuss Optional Extras: We'll discuss any additional elements you'd like to include, such as your pet’s name or decorative accents like flowers. Together, we'll decide on the design details that best highlight your pet's character and make the portrait uniquely yours.

3. Pattern Design & Approval: Based on the photos and selected extras, I will create a detailed pattern. You will receive a digital preview of this pattern for your approval, allowing you to confirm the design before stitching begins.

4. Embroidery Creation: Following your approval, I will handcraft the portrait with precision, using high-quality threads and materials.

5. Completion & Delivery: Once completed, the portrait will be framed in a wooden embroidery hoop and prepared for delivery.

Sizes & Pricing

• 5-Inch Portrait: $350

• 6-Inch Portrait: $400

• 7-Inch Portrait: $450

Optional Extras

• Pet's Name: Add your pet’s name for an additional $20.

• Embellishments & Accents: Include decorative elements such as flowers or themed accents for an additional $50.

Payment Terms

• Deposit: A 50% deposit is required after the pattern has been approved, securing your order and covering initial work.

• Final Payment: The remaining balance is due upon completion of the portrait.
